We have some great new vacancies within People Services (HR) department here at Staffordshire. If you’re looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a team that’s creative, future focused and supportive take a look at the roles on offer below:

  • Apprenticeship Administrator
  • Workforce Data Administrator

Of the above roles 3 are in our Talent and Resourcing Team. These brand new roles will be focused on creating our new apprenticeship/early careers offer so they’re great for someone looking to take on a new challenge and be part of building something new. So, it may be challenging at times as we’ll need to work at pace to get ways of working set up and turn the strategy into practical actions but it’s a great opportunity to make your mark and see your hard work pay off.

The teams main focus will be making sure we use our apprenticeship levy funding effectively, supporting early careers and supporting social mobility within Staffordshire by creating opportunities for those who need it most such as our care experienced.
